La Foi was born from a simple but powerful vision, to create a salon where stylists and clients alike feel like family.


For founder LeeAnn Floyd, this dream was one she shared with her beloved husband, Russell Cheyenne "Chey" Floyd.

Chey was the heart behind the scenes building, remodeling, and helping shape the space into the warm, welcoming salon it is today. His spirit of joy, generosity, and community continues to inspire everything we do.

Our Why

For LeeAnn, this salon has never been just about hair. It’s about creating a space where stylists can grow together, thrive, and love what they do and where clients feel the heart behind every service.

Faith is our foundation. It’s woven into everything we do, from the name of the salon to the way we treat each other and our clients. LeeAnn loves mentoring stylists fresh out of school, helping them develop both their craft and their confidence, and giving back to an industry that has blessed her family so deeply.

Family is why we created this salon. In a world where people often get lost in the grind, we wanted to build a team where growth and community come first and where families thrive as a result.

Community matters deeply to us. We believe in helping one another, supporting local businesses, and showing through our work how good God truly is.

In Loving Memory of Russell Cheyenne "Chey" Floyd

November 7, 1982 – April 14, 2022

This salon would not be what it is today without the heart, joy, and vision of Chey Floyd.

Chey was the voice behind the business, the builder behind the scenes, and the soul behind so much of what makes this place feel like family. His laughter welcomed clients, his hands helped create the space we work in, and his love and encouragement continue to guide us every day.

He believed in this team, this community, and this dream and in every stylist and client who walks through our doors.

Though he is deeply missed, his spirit lives on in the heart of our salon. Every warm welcome, every act of kindness, every stylist who grows here is part of his lasting legacy.

We love you, Chey — and we carry you with us always.
